His paintings can be seen at www.larrymillerart.com Palestine Art Center has both a consignment gallery of artwork and rotating one man shows at all times. The Main Street Bistro is located inside the Art Center. They serve wonderful made from scratch recipes you'll want to try again and again!
The Village Framery offers custom matting and framing, prints, photography services, and a gallery of local artists' work. Visit the framery at www.thevillageframery.com Inside the shop is a large display of locally dug artifacts from the early 1800's when a settlers' fort and surrounding Indian village was present in Palestine.
If you are antiquing, visit LaMotte Trading and Brown Dog Antiques on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Both are chock full of quality antiques and vintage items.
The Rocking Horse is a small but well stocked gift shop that offers complete florist service, collectables, unique gifts, cards and more. Lulu's Place and Jon's Antique Clock Repair are a man and wife team. Lulu does custom sewing, creates hand made jewelry & unique floral arrangements. The Candle Cottage offers hand made soy candles and aroma lamps.
Mullen's Dressings are known in many parts of the country for their salad dressings and sauces. Their products are made right here on Main Street in their storefront factory. You can find them at www.mullensdressing.com Pioneer Winery manufactures several varieties of delicious fruit wines. They offer tasting & sales Friday, Saturday and Sunday noon to 5pm.
There are several eateries here is town to choose from 2 Ralfs and the Village Inn serve homestyle fare, Pizza House offers pizza, subs and salads, Peg 'n' Reds is video rental store with a 50's style soda fountain serving hand dipped ice cream, shakes, floats, subs & nachos. The local grocery, Brock Food Town, has an awesome deli for food on the go.
